The Missouri Association of Counties is pleased to offer a legal services program. The Association has contracted with attorney Travis A. Elliott with Ellis, Ellis, Hammons & Johnson, P.C. in Springfield to provide certain advisory and opinion legal assistance via telephone or written communication to counties. 

Because the needs of each county are unique, there are multiple options for legal services available.
